Air Carrier Financial Reports (Form 41 Financial Data)Form 41 Financial Schedule consists of financial information on large U.S. certified air carriers--includes balance sheet, cash flow, employment, income statement, fuel cost and consumption, aircraft operating expenses, and operating expenses. Note: Numbers presented on B1, B11 Balance Sheet and P11, P12 Statement of Operations now follow the format of common public financial documents. Air Carrier Report (Form 298C)Quarterly data reported by small certificated and commuter air carriers to submit financial and statistical data to the Department. The Bureau of Transportation Statistics collects the data on total operating revenues, total operating expenses, net income, passenger revenues, total PFC liability, total amount collected in trust for public agencies, adjustments (collections compensation, PFC refunds), total PFC liability at end of period, aircraft type, pilot and co-pilot, aircraft fuel and oil, hull insurance, third party liability insurance, maintenance of flight equipment, depreciation/rental of flight equipment, fuel issued in gallons, revenue block hours submitted on F-1, F-2 Alaskan, F-2 Non-AK forms.
